안녕하세요 로그북(주) 입니다

지난 박유천의 시그널 시즌1의 구독권 구매 및 방송시청에 관하여 안내드립니다.

대단히 송구스럽게도 현재 이용중인 방송 플랫폼 시스템(wix)에서 계속되는 시스템 오류로 방송시청에 문제가 발생하고 있습니다.

최선으로 방법을 찾고 있지만 해당 시스템의 구조 문제 상 현재 시스템에서는 당장 해결해 드릴 수 가 없는 상황입니다.

하여, 이번에 구축하는 새로운 방송 시스템에서 추후에 이전에 못보신 방송을 보실 수 있도록 준비하고 있습니다.

시스템이 완성되는 대로 이전에 방송을 못보신 분들을 위한 새로운 아카이브 스케쥴을 다시 공지 드리겠습니다.

구독기간 설정 문제 또한 현 시스템의 문제로 수정이 불가하여 3월중에 새로운 시스템을 적용하여 저희가 새롭게 수정하여 드릴 계획입니다.

이 부분 또한 참고 부탁드립니다.

더불어 현재 일본지역 팬분들의 이메일을 담당자가 부재하여 적절하게 응대 드리지 못하고 있습니다.

이 부분 대단히 송구스럽게 생각하고 있으며 4월 로그북 재팬(주)이 신설되고

새로운 일본 담당자가 업무를 시작하는 대로 최선으로 응대 드리겠습니다.

こんにちは。ログブック(株)です。

前回のパク·ユチョンのシグナルシーズン1の購読権購入および放送視聴についてご案内します。

大変申し訳ございませんが、現在ご利用中の放送プラットフォームシステム(wix)で相次ぐシステムエラーにより、放送視聴に問題が発生しております。

最善を尽くして方法を探していますが、そのシステムの構造上、現在のシステムではすぐには解決できない状況です。

ということで、今回構築する新しい放送システムで今後以前ご覧になれなかった放送をご覧いただけるよう準備しています。

システムが完成し次第、以前に放送をご覧になれなかった方のための新しいアーカイブスケジュールを再度お知らせします。

購読期間の設定問題も現システムの問題で修正が不可能なので、3月中に新しいシステムを適用して私たちが新しく修正する計画です。

この部分も参考にしてください。

また、現在、日本地域のファンの方々のメールを担当者が不在のため、適切に対応できずにいます。

この点大変恐縮しており、4月ログブックジャパン(株)が新設され、

新しい日本の担当者が業務を開始し次第、最善を尽くして対応いたします。

20230226 Logbook Notice

Hello, this is Logbook Co., Ltd.

This is a guide to the purchase of subscription rights and watching the broadcast of Park Yuchun's Signal Season 1.

We are very sorry to inform you that continuous system errors in the broadcasting platform system (Wix) currently in use are causing problems in broadcasting viewing.

We are looking for the best way, but due to the structural problems of the system, the current system cannot solve it immediately.

Therefore, in the new broadcasting system that we are building this time, we are preparing to watch the broadcasts that you have not seen before in the future.

As soon as the system is complete, we will announce a new archive schedule for those who have not watched the broadcast before.

The issue of setting the subscription period cannot be corrected due to a problem with the current system, so we are planning to apply a new system and revise it for you in March.

In addition, we are not able to properly respond to the emails of Japanese fans because the person in charge is absent.

I am very sorry for this part, and in April, Logbook Japan Co., Ltd. was newly established.

We will do our best to respond as soon as the new person in charge of Japan starts working.
